Aerial Yoga is a great workout for anyone from a total beginner to an advanced yoga practitioner and can teach you a lot about your own body, emotions, fears and release of tensions. The whole experience is playful and includes child-like swings, jumps and flips through the air while being incredibly safe and taught in small personal groups.
The main goals of yoga:
• Strengthening the body, increasing flexibility, strong physical and mental health.
• In yoga we seek to calm our mind, that’s why in yoga classes we bring our awareness to “here and now”, mindfully moving through asanas and breathing while focusing on this moment, without attachment to the past sorrows or future plans and anxieties.
• Accepting your body and concentrating only on your practice without competing and judgment.
• Harmonisation and balance of physical, mental, energetic and spiritual body.
